November 17th, 2006 Welcome Aboard: Congratulations to Lou Talos as he is the newest member to join the No.1 Quality Realty -- Cookeville Division team. Lou is an Affiliate Broker/REALTOR and is looking forward to being a land and farm specialist servicing both buyers and sellers.

October 24th, 2006 Training Seminar: Dale Wilson of No.1 Quality Realty -- Cookeville Division along with Sherry Meadows and Marianne Matthews attended the "How To Sell And Market New Homes" seminar conducted by Tom Richey at the Knoxville Expo Center located in Knoxville, Tennessee. This all day seminar hosted by First Tennessee Bank provided each REALTOR with tools and knowledge that will be beneficial to their buyers and sellers.

October 9th, 2006 Welcome Aboard: Congratulations to Virginia Kail, a native of Cookeville, as she is the newest member to join the No.1 Quality Realty -- Cookeville Division team. September 14th, 2006 REALTORS Land Institute Press Release: Debra L. Dodd of No.1 Quality Realty located in Celina, Tennessee has been elected as an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) member of the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI). The announcement was made by RLI, which is headquartered in Chicago, IL and is an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS. Debra Dodd is also a member of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors Board of REALTORS and the RLI Tennessee Chapter.

Debra Dodd joins an elite group of land specialists who have attained an expert level of knowledge and experience. Recognized throughout North America as the pinnacle of achievement for land real estate specialists, the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation is awarded to RLI members who meet rigorous knowledge and experience requirements.

A real estate professional with the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation has studied the intricacies of land transactions and can help buyers and sellers alike make informed real estate decisions.  For instance, compared to buying property with a building on it, purchasing a parcel of land might seem like a simple transaction. But buyers must weight many complex issues, such as riparian rights, projected yield and income of farmable tracts and 1031 Tax Exchanges, all of which can present both opportunities and complications to any land purchase.

Accredited Land Consultants are members of the RLI Land Network, a business network of over 2,400 land specialist throughout North America. ALC designees may market their clients' properties online at RLILand.Net and in marketing sessions sponsored by local RLI Chapters or at RLI national meetings. ALC designees also belong to the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and subscribe to the REALTORS Code of Ethics as well as to RLI standards of conduct.

The REALTORS Land Institute is an affiliate of the 1,000,000+ member National Association of REALTORS. September 12th, 2006 -- Cookeville Division Opens: Dale R. Wilson, Principal Broker/REALTOR along with Jan Roeland, Lee Westover and Frank Alvarez (Affiliate Brokers/REALTORS) transferred from No.1 Quality Realty to open the doors for business with No.1 Quality Realty -- Cookeville Division located at 1680 S. Jefferson Ave., Suite H, Cookeville, Tennessee.

No.1 Quality Realty -- Cookeville Division is owned by Debra L. Dodd who is the Principal Broker/REALTOR of No.1 Quality Realty located in Celina, Tennessee. The purpose for opening the Cookeville Division is to provide clients and customers with two locations to better serve them as well as to expand our market coverage to include the residential and commercial market in and around the Cookeville area. We will also be servicing clients around the Center Hill Lake area.

August 3rd, 2006 -- Brokers License Received: Congratulations to Dale R. Wilson as he has completed all necessary requirements and has received his Real Estate Broker's License.

June 8th, 2006 -- Course Completion: Congratulations to Dale R. Wilson as he has completed the Broker's Office Management Course which was held at the Continual Learning Institute in Nashville, Tennessee June 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th.

January 25th, 2006 Cookeville, Tennessee Awards Received: Realtors of No.1 Quality Realty attend Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors Annual Banquet. Congratulations to Debra Dodd for receiving the Lifetime Award of Excellence as well as Kevin Cummins and Dale Wilson for receiving the Award of Excellence. Dale Wilson also received Certificates of Appreciation for his participation and membership on the MLS & Bylaws Committees.

January 10th, 2006 Welcome Aboard: No.1 Quality Realty would like to welcome Donna Wallis as our newest REALTOR to come on board with the No.1 Quality Realty Team.

November 1st, 2005 Addition Completed:  No.1 Quality Realty has finished with it's building addition and Dale, Kevin, William and Marianne each have their own office now. This expansion will assist the Realtor's in their personal organization as well as improving their client customer communications which will increase each Realtor's productivity in both listing and selling homes, farms and land.

September 29th, 2005 GRI #2 Course Completed: Congratulations to Dale R. Wilson as he attended and passed the GRI#2 course "Smart Marketing" which was held at the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors training center in Nashville, TN on September 28th and 29th. This is just one of five required courses + an elective course required of a REALTOR to receive the REALTORS' designation of GRI (Graduate of REALTORS Institute).
